As an Event, Sports, and Landscape Photographer I enjoy the challenge and the opportunity that photography provides!  My landscape photography provides an opportunity for me to search for unique light and color that is created by the interaction of weather, mountains, and oceans.  I am especially drawn to the interesting weather patterns and light at the edges of the day.

I was fortunate to have been raised in the San Francisco Bay Area by artistic and talented parents. My mother has been especially instrumental in helping me appreciate the artistic process of composition and color.

As a student I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and I am a licensed Professional Engineer in the Sate of California. My Engineering background has given me the ability to use my camera as a tool to express my artistic vision of the landscape.
